British History Heritage also influences my work from ancient to the local Anglo Saxon Hereward the Wake, & places like Peterborough Cathedral & Flag Fen, plus people from Boudicca to Victoria & Elizabeth.

I was born just before World War 2 began & lived through change & discrimination as both female & poor,  from bombs, sirens and beatings & university to advanced technology, cancer  & COVID.

Though the landscapes, lifestyles and social rules around you grow & change over time, sadly there is still as much grief and suffering around and we don’t learn as much as we should from our past.  I hope you will find something interesting here to grace your walls, or maybe just add to or change your idea of British Heritage.
