Morgan’s has a passion for horses though she hasn’t ridden for some years. Her favourites are Shires, so magnificent to here 4’6ins. She remembers riding on the neck of one as a little girl rather like riding an elephant.
‘To ride on a horse is to fly without wings.
Through his mane and tail the high wind sings ‘ William Shakespeare
‘ the wind of heaven is that which blows through a horse's ears.’ A Bedouin prayer.
She loves to convey in her art the free spirit of the wild horses and ponies, the elegance of the show jumpers and the power of the heavy horse.
